Beautiful invoices, projects tracked your way, and calendar holds clients confirm in one tap. A small tool for a working studio.

The toolkit
The loop
Every job as working days × your rate, computed live.
Place 1st, 2nd & 3rd holds on a real calendar.
One tap in an email, no login, no account.
A branded PDF or a hosted link they can pay online.
Straight to your Stripe. Then, out of office.
Why it sticks
Designed invoice templates that look like your studio: your logo, colours and layout.
One friendly tool instead of a spreadsheet, a calendar and an invoice template.
Export everything anytime as JSON or CSV. No lock-in, ever.
A real free tier, and paid plans that cost less than the tools you've outgrown.
Who it's for
Why .ooo?
Nobody freelances because they love chasing invoices. mystudio handles the office part (the holds, the follow-ups, the PDFs, the "did they read my email?") so the admin takes minutes, not evenings. The goal isn't more time in the tool. It's less.
Questions
A quick rundown of how the free invoice generator, the paid plans, online payments and your data actually work for freelancers.
Nothing. Invited testers get full Pro access, free with no expiry, as a thank-you for helping shape the product.
Yes. Export an XML or CSV from your current system and import it. Clients, projects and invoices map automatically, and you review everything before it lands.
A hold is a tentative booking on your calendar, standard in production and design. Your reminder email carries signed Confirm / Release buttons; the client taps once, no login, and your calendar updates itself.
Your data belongs to you. Export everything as JSON or CSV anytime, and account deletion wipes all data. No exit fees, no exports behind a paywall.
No fixed date. I'd rather build something a small group of working freelancers actually love than rush a wider launch.
Yes. mystudio includes a free invoice generator: build a professional invoice, add your logo and line items, and download a clean PDF or send it with a payment link. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) unlock more of the studio, but creating and sending invoices works on the free plan.
Most freelancers juggle invoicing in one app, a calendar in another and client notes in a third. mystudio puts project management for freelancers in the same place you bill from, so a booked date, the work and the invoice all track together. If you only need an invoice template today, start there and grow into the rest when you are ready.
Every invoice can carry a secure payment link, so clients get paid online by card in a couple of taps and the invoice marks itself paid. Prefer bank transfer? Add your details and the invoice shows those instead. You choose per invoice, and there is nothing for the client to install or sign up for.
Yes. Invoices carry your logo, colours and layout, so they look like your studio rather than a generic invoice template. You can set a custom currency per invoice, add notes and labels, switch online card payments on or off, and send in any of six languages if your clients are international.
The free plan covers the essentials: create invoices, add clients, and send professional PDFs with a payment link. Basic and Pro add more of the studio around that, from deeper project and task tracking to calendar holds and analytics. Start free, keep using it for as long as you like, and upgrade only if the extra tools earn their place in how you work.
Yes — Pro users can install mystudio as a desktop app that lives in its own window with a dock or taskbar icon, no separate download or setup. It stays fully in sync with your account because it's the same studio you use in the browser, just running standalone. Look for "Install desktop app" in Settings, or your browser's install icon in the address bar.
I'm inviting freelancers personally during the beta. Leave your email and a line about what you do, and I'll reach out if it's a fit. Invited testers get full Pro, free with no expiry.
