By using mystudio.ooo you agree to these terms.
mystudio.ooo is operated by Firesprite LLC ("we"). It provides project, invoice, and calendar-hold management for freelancers. We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
A Free plan is available with the limits shown on our pricing page. The Pro plan is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Pro users may attach images to projects (up to 10 per project, 2 MB each, image formats only). You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to store it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious files.
Don't use the service to send spam, unlawful content, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the email-sending features.
You retain ownership of all content you enter. You can export or delete it at any time. We keep rolling backups solely to protect against data loss.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Contact: hello@alexmaltsev.site.
