mystudio.ooo ("the service", "we") is operated by Firesprite LLC. This policy explains what we store and why.
Your account email and a securely hashed password; the data you enter (clients, projects, invoices, calendar holds); and basic email-delivery logs for reminders you send. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Data you enter about your clients is yours and is processed only to provide the service to you. You are the controller of that data; we are the processor.
Reminder emails you send may include an open-tracking pixel and signed confirm/release links. This is best-effort and used only to show you whether your message was opened and answered.
Images you attach to projects (Pro feature) are stored on our server solely to provide the service to you. They are not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose, and are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
Export all your data anytime as JSON or CSV from within the app. Request account deletion and we erase all your tenant data within 30 days. Contact: hello@alexmaltsev.site.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
